Audit a batch and rank your leads

Audit many businesses at once, then see them ranked by how much there is to fix.

Freelancer, Agency and Scale · about 10 min · In the app: Batch audits, Lead opportunities

Start a batch

  1. The quickest way is from Find prospects: tick the businesses and audit them. The batch is created for you, and reuses what the search already found on Google.
  2. Or open Tools → Batch audits and use New batch to paste your own list, one business per line (name, website, city, category), up to 100 at a time.
  3. Leave it running. You'll get an email when the batch has finished, unless you turned that off in Settings.

Read the ranking

Open Tools → Lead opportunities. Every business you have audited in a batch is listed with an opportunity score: the lower its growth score and the more high-priority gaps it has, the higher it ranks.

Each row shows the top issue, the weakest pillar, and the phone number and email addresses the business publishes on its own website.

Put a value on it

Enter your average client value per month at the top of the page. Each lead then shows an estimated value: your figure scaled by how much there is to fix. It is an estimate to help you choose who to call first, not a forecast.

Take the list elsewhere

  • Export CSV downloads the ranked list.
  • On Agency and Scale, Export to Google Sheets creates a spreadsheet in your connected Google account.
  • On a batch's own page, “Export with email drafts” gives one row per lead with an email already written from what the audit found.
