Why we built it
Most owners of local businesses know their website and online listings could work harder. What they rarely get is a straight answer about what is actually wrong and what to do first. Typical audit tools return a technical score and a long checklist written for specialists.
We look at the whole path a customer takes, from searching to finding you, contacting you and coming back, and report on it the way an advisor would: where you are today, what is limiting growth, and what to fix first.
