Refund Policy
Effective October 1, 2026
The Free plan costs nothing. For paid plans, this page explains when you can get your money back and how cancelling works.
1. 14-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with a paid plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
The guarantee applies once per customer, to the first payment for your first paid plan.
2. How to ask for a refund
Email [email protected] from the email address on your account and tell us you would like a refund. We will confirm by email.
Refunds go back to the payment method you used. We issue them within 5 business days of approving the request; your bank or card provider may take up to a further 10 business days to show it. When a refund is issued, the subscription is cancelled and the account returns to the Free plan. Your saved reports remain available.
3. Renewals
Monthly renewal payments are not refundable. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date, which is shown under Plan and billing in Settings.
4. Cancelling
You can cancel at any time from Settings, under “Manage billing”. Cancelling stops future charges. You keep your paid plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and we do not refund the unused part of that period.
5. Changing plans
When you upgrade during a billing period, you are charged only the difference for the time remaining. When you move to a lower plan, the difference is credited toward your future payments rather than refunded.
6. Billing mistakes
If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged the wrong amount, tell us at [email protected] and we will correct it and refund the error in full, whenever it happened.
7. When we end a plan
If we stop offering the Service or end your plan for a reason other than your breach of our terms, we refund the part of the current period you have paid for but will not receive.
8. Your legal rights
This policy adds to any rights you have under the law where you live, such as a statutory cooling-off period for online purchases. It does not replace them. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
